BREAKING: A Court sitting in Abuja has sacked ex-Speaker Dogara from House of Reps and has declared his seat Vacant.
A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has sacked former House of Representatives Speaker Yakubu and declared his sit vacant for defecting to PDP from APC.
The sack is on account of the former speaker defection from PDP to APC. The former speaker acted in breach of Section 68(2) of the Constitution by leaving the party that sponsored his election to NASS.
