Video going round on the internet showing a Nigerian man dragged and disgraced at a betting shop for placing a bet and refuses to pay.

The owner of the shop is seen in the video dragging the young man and trying to flogg him for not paying his bet while people at the background were heard blaming the young man for coming to a bet shop to place a bet without having money to pay.
