Police make arrest of 3 suspected armed robbers in Ogun State

On May 24th the Ogun State Police command make arrest of 3 suspected armed rubbery syndicate in Ogun State.

In a statement by the DPO Agbara police division said he received a distress call that some armed robbers invaded houses in Idayin Community stealing properties and inflicting injuries .

Upon receiving the distress call the DPO SP Saleh led the police anti-roberry squad to the scene, on getting there the met with the armed robbers which at the time was invading Barrister Kamieyefa Omosivwe and Oluyemi Olajide homes.

The armed robbers where exchange fire with the police but was overpowered by the police.

The 3 gang members were arrested while one is injured with their names identified as Toheed Salami, Ibrahim Ismaila and Michael Abiodun.

While injured victims of the crime has since been taken to the hospital.

The state commissioner of Police has ordered the suspects to be transferred to anti-roberry squad for detailed investigation, police recovered 2 locally made pistols from the robbery suspects

The 3 suspected armed robbery will soon be charged to court by Police for their crimes.
