A high court seating in Sokoto has granted 10 million naira bail to two Chinese nationals charged for bribing EFCC Official with 100million naira.
The Sokoto EFCC head Abdullahi Lawal charged two Chinese nationals Meng Wei Kun and Xu Kuoi who works with China Zhounghoa LIMITED for bribing EFCC with 100million naira.
The bribe was an attempt to cover up ongoing investigation against the company.
According to EFCC spoke person Mr Dele Oyewale, The Judge granted bail of 5million naira each to the Chinese.
The defendant are to produce two surety with that amount who must present certificate of occupancy of landed property located within the state and the surety must be resident in the state.
While the two Chinese are to submit their International passport to the court.
