Eligible Masters Degree Programmes offered at participating Flemish Institutions except preparatory programmes; bridging programmes; or distance learning.

All international students from all countries are eligible to apply. There are several kinds of scholarships reserved for students from certain countries: Japan (3), Mexico (3), Palestine (2), USA (5).

Scholarship value/duration:

New/returning student are awarded a scholarship of maximum €8,000 per academic year.

The programme last for one academic year for a Master programme of 60 ECTS and two academic years for a master programme of 120 ECTS.


• All applicant are ask to apply for a Master degree programme at any of ‘Flemish host institution’).

All applicant should have high level of academic performance , The required CGPA of 3.5 and must meet the English language.

• All applicant must obtain admission offer and accepted by the Host institution to be considered for the scholarship.

• Students who are already enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution cannot apply.

All application are submitted online by the Flemish host institution. 

Application deadline is 30 April 2020.  You must check the internal deadlines set by the Flemish Host Institution, which is earlier (1 February-20 March 2020).
